Typifying the spirit of breezy southern California living, the Kantan Motion Lounge Chair has an expressive, sculptural form. Fresh and relevant as ever, Japanese designer Tadao Inouye created this pivotal mid-century modern design for Brown Jordan in 1956 using the latest lightweight extruded aluminum and sun-and-weather-resistant vinyl straps.
To celebrate Brown Jordan’s 70th anniversary in 2015, Kantan was brilliantly reinvented in powder coated aluminum with resilient Suncloth straps that conform to the body to provide comfort and support.
